Lucid dreaming.

According  to  Pamela Hartmann in "Lucid Dreaming," we can control our dreams and we can know we are in our dream. And the author explains how we can have a lucid dream. First, the dreamer can do everything in his or her dream. For example, in the dream they can go anywhere, talk with everyone, and can see everything without limit. Second, Stephen LaBerge introduces a method called the MILD technique. He was able to have a lucid dream every time. For example, if you have the MILD technique, you are able to have a lucid dream every night you wish. Finally, he teaches how we can use our dream and how we can remember our dream. For example, when you wake up during the night, or in the morning, don't open your eyes, and think about your dream. If you do that, you can remember and control your dream.
